We worked with Alex and his crew on our home renovation, which involved a complete remodeling of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and replacing all walls and electrical wiring. Having heard so many horror stories about working with contractors, I was positively surprised at how easy and smooth it was to work with Alex's crew, and the quality of the work.
They are efficient, professional and resourceful. We had to remove a structural wall, and I remembered being impressed that it only took 7 days from demolition to having a new recessed beam put in! We also especially liked the tiling work in the bathrooms, there was a lot of attention to details put in.
They crew was hard-working, and everyone I met was polite and respectful at the job site. They cleaned up daily and never leave a mess.
Alex is super easy to work with -- very communicative, and I could always have a response on the same day.
We did encounter some expected complexities as all renovation goes. Alex and his crew were creative, resourceful, and was always so prompt to help resolve the issues. They finished the project at pretty much the original timeline, despite the change of scope here and there.
We have lived in the house for 6 months now, and everything functions well! We are really happy that we got to work with Alex and the crew, and will not hesitate to recommend them!

Alex and his crew did a fantastic job on remodeling our three bathrooms, including handling some last-minute changes without losing his cheerful and helpful demeanor. For example, after one of the bathrooms was done, I mentioned to him that I wish I had thought to add an extra outlet. He said he'd look into it, and later that day the outlet was in. Another time I noticed a tile had a manufacturing flaw in it, and again later that day it was replaced. I've had a lot of work done throughout the last decade by other contractors, and I've always been left disappointed. I began to think this was just the way it was with all contractors, but I've been so happy with Alex and have recommended him to my friends and family.
